Hospice Caregiver Spotlight Award

"Hospice is about finding hope in each day, giving patients and families control and a say in making decisions."

Hospice Volunteer

Do you know a caregiver making a difference?

It takes a special person to come beside and support families as their loved one comes to the closing of their life. As a way to recognize dedicated Hospice individuals, Cleveland Jewish Funerals created the Hospice Caregiver Spotlight Award. We wanted to celebrate and honor those who are truly going above and beyond with selfless devotion to others.

We love hearing stories from families expressing thanks for how much their hospice worker has helped them. Whether it’s through their gentle touch, compassionate smile, encouraging words, or contagious joy.

At the end of each quarter, one winner will be selected.

Nominations are due by the following dates for each quarter:
Q1: March 31st
Q2: June 30th
Q3: September 30th
Q4: December 31st
Individuals may be nominated more than once.

Caregiver Awards Ceremony
A Cleveland Jewish Funerals representative will visit the winner’s hospice location and deliver the award and gift. Winners will be promoted on the Cleveland Jewish Funerals website and Facebook page.
